In the unfortunate case that a lockdown shuts down venues we will post pone the event to a later date all purchased tickets will still be in use for the postponed event ticket refunds will be possible also for those who choose to give up their pub crawl ticket to someone else.
We will meet at the first venue at the time the pub crawl begins. People are welcome to come early.
Yes, it’s a pub crawl and an 18+ ID will be needed and scanned.
Yes you can, but tickets are limited as venue capacities may be exceeded.
You can join the pub crawl at any time just find the venue organizers and they will scan your ticket and give you your wristband.

Sorry there is no refunds once purchase has been made. Unless event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
No we scan your tickets QR code. 🙂
As long as you have a readable QR code and haven’t stolen your ticket you’re fine to join.
Dress code is standard for pubs; closed in shoes, preferably long pants and no singlets all attendees will be permitted entry as per venues discretion.
Venues all have their own security and will allow us in at their own discretion. We will keep an eye out for everyone and recommend pacing yourself but entry is out of our hands.

Yes, a deposit of 20% of the quoted price is required 10 days prior to event.
To secure the most fitting venues we ask that bookings are placed at least three weeks prior to the event.
Yes, it’s a pub crawl and an 18+ ID will be needed and scanned.
Bookings start from 4 people minimum to 150 maximum.
We ask that bookings do arrive on time. In the case that you are late we do ask that you contact us beforehand so we can let the venues know.

Full refunds must be within 10 days of the booking, cancellations after this will forfeit the 20% deposit.
Yes, all special dietary requirements can be catered for upon booking enquiry.
